> When ordering standard service we will send out one of in-house photographers, When ordering a luxury service you will have the option to choose your signature photographer,

> Photography is ready by 8am the following morning after apt. Rush service is available in 12 hours, for an additional $75

> If not cancelled within 24 hours of apt time a $50 cancellation fee will be billed. No shows and last minute cancellations are subject to a $150 fee.

> Property is expected to be ready when the photographer arrives on site. We strongly recommend that an agent is present during session, especially if things will need to be moved around. If agent is not present please notify us with any special instructions, if not we cannot be held responsible for items not moved or shots overlooked.

> All of our drone pilots are FAA registered. We follow all FAA regulations and local ordinances, because of this drone service is not available or limited in some areas. Weather conditions may also disrupt drone service.

> If you are not 100% satisfied we will refund 100%, but you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

> Images provided to you by Real Estate Listing Media, LLC are intended for the sale of the subject real estate. Reasonable uses allowed include MLS and all syndicated websites, Brochures, Web publishing, Social Media, and any other uses when used to sell the property is allowed.

> You will not hold Real Estate Listing Media, LLC responsible or liable for the loss or failure to maintain backups of images after they have been paid for and delivered.

> You are granting Real Estate Listing Media, LLC and its affiliates the right to use images from the session in the promotion of the Company. This includes website, print, advertisement and editorials.

> Real Estate Listing Media, LLC retains all copyrights to the images and media and any derivatives of the work. By entering into a contract with us you are agreeing to these terms.
